At its best stirred into hot tea or coffee, drizzled over toast, yogurt or a cheese board, or whisked into a dressing where a set honey would be a nuisance.

Texture & What to Expect
It arrives liquid and pourable because it is lightly filtered, just enough to keep it running rather than setting firm. It is still unpasteurized , never heated past the temperature inside the hive.
Over time, and fastest once it is opened, raw honey naturally clouds and begins to set. That is not a fault; it is what real honey does. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes and it runs clear and gold again.
Because it is a single annual harvest , the colour shifts a little year to year, so your jar is unique to this season.

Why Boreal Forest
It comes from a single apiary deep in the Canadian Boreal Forest: the vast band of wild northern woodland far from farms and cities, in Northern Ontario. The bees forage the wildflowers there, and nothing else goes in.
That distance is the whole point: no conventional farmland next door, no spray drift, no city. It’s what lets the honey stay single-source and taste the same jar after jar.
Single-source and never blended. Your jar traces to the exact fields and bees. The same family has kept these hives for three generations, since the 1970s.

Is it pasteurized? No. Unpasteurized and never heated above the natural temperature of a beehive. We filter it lightly so it pours, and change nothing else.
My liquid honey has started to cloud or set. Is something wrong? Nothing’s wrong; that’s the proof it’s real. Raw honey naturally clouds and sets over time. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes and it runs clear again.
How is this different from the creamed Wildflower? Same honey, same hives. The creamed jar sets firm and spoonable; this one is filtered just enough to stay pourable.
What does “single-source” mean? Every jar comes from one region in the Boreal Forest, never blended with honey from other locations or producers.
Is the container BPA-free? Is the honey gluten-free? Yes to both. The packaging is BPA-free, and honey is naturally gluten-free.
Is honey safe for babies? No. Never give honey to a child under 12 months, raw or pasteurized. That’s a standard infant-botulism precaution and it applies to all honey, from every producer.
