We offer shipping to Japan via Yamato Transport and UPS. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Yamato Transport

Eligible Items (Yamato only)

  • Wildflower Honey: 500g / 1kg / 3kg
  • Buckwheat Honey: 500g / 1kg / 3kg
  • Organic Honey: 500g
  • Cinnamon Infused Honey: 300g
  • Cacao Infused Honey: 300g

All other products in our catalogue cannot be shipped by Yamato.

Delivery Information

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 weeks
  • Flights operate three times within a two‑week period, so tracking may show the shipment remaining in Canada for several days before departure.

UPS Shipping

  • Faster delivery compared to Yamato
  • Higher shipping cost
  • Most products can be shipped, except items restricted by Japanese customs (hemp seeds cannot be shipped)

Customs Requirements

  • Orders must be addressed to an individual (no business names or business addresses)
  • Japanese customs allow a maximum of 10kg of honey per recipient per order (honey weight only; boxes and jars are not included)
  • Example: 2 × 3kg pails + 4 × 1kg jars = 10kg maximum
  • This limit applies regardless of the shipping method

ヤマト運輸

ヤマト運輸で発送可能な商品

  • ワイルドフラワー蜂蜜：500g / 1kg / 3kg
  • そば蜂蜜：500g / 1kg / 3kg
  • オーガニック蜂蜜：500g
  • シナモン入り蜂蜜：300g
  • カカオ入り蜂蜜：300g

上記以外の商品は、ヤマト運輸では発送できません。

配送について

  • 配送目安：1～2週間
  • カナダから日本への航空便は2週間に3便のため、追跡情報にて 数日間カナダ国内に留まって表示される場合があります。

UPS配送

  • 配送が早い
  • 送料はヤマト運輸に比べて高額
  • 日本の税関で禁止されていない商品は発送可能 （※ ヘンプシードは発送できません）

日本の通関条件

  • 配送先は個人名・個人住所に限られます（法人名・事業所住所不可）
  • 蜂蜜は1回のご注文につき最大10kgまで（正味重量のみ）
  • 例：3kg × 2個 ＋ 1kg × 4個 ＝ 最大10kg
  • この制限は配送方法に関わらず適用されます
