Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping is not available for 15kg products.
  • Free shipping is available for purchases over US$50 to all 48 contiguous U.S. states (including the District of Columbia).
  • For orders under US$50, flat rate shipping of $15 is available.
  • For bulk products, a flat rate of $20 will apply.
  • All retail US shipments are shipping out from our partner, MIMIC in Utah.
  • All wholesale US shipments are paused because we cannot ship from Canada to the USA.

*Note: Some restrictions apply. Free shipping may not be available to some remote areas, in which case, a discounted shipping rate will apply, or we will contact you for an alternative arrangement.

* There is a minor issue with stock levels displaying incorrect levels based on location (Ex: In stock in Canada might show as in stock in USA). Which will let you add to cart but prevent you from checking out.


Tariffs/Border Customs Situation Regarding Shipment from Canada

We cannot ship from Canada to the USA. This remains constant despite tariffs being removed and/or honey being USMCA (aka CUSMA) defined as tariff free because the de minimis program has been removed. This means that as it crosses the border, other customs fee still applies (just no duty/tariff) and it is no longer economical to ship to US for small orders.

Wholesale to the USA through Faire is also indefinitely paused for the same reason.
