Hibiscus from Egypt's Nile Delta turns the cup deep red and brings the tartness, and organic elderberries from Ontario and currants add a delicate sweetness. It's one of Genuine's top summer sellers, and it works hot in winter too. In summer, Genuine shakes it over ice with a slice of lemon.

How to Brew

Loose leaf: 1 tsp per 8 fl oz of water at 90°C, 3 minutes.
Pyramid bag: 1 bag per 8 fl oz of water at 90°C, 3 minutes.
Iced: Genuine shakes it over ice with a slice of lemon.

With honey: For the iced version, stir a spoon of our Wildflower into the hot tea first; its soft sweetness takes the edge off the hibiscus.
