Tasting notes Lemon, lime, lemongrass, ginger, sweet rooibos

Rooibos, pronounced roy-boss, means red bush in Afrikaans, and this one grows in the Cederberg mountains of South Africa's Western Cape. It gives a sweet, earthy base with no caffeine, then lemon, lime and lemongrass come in bright and fine-cut ginger leaves a smooth, gingery finish. Genuine suggests it as an evening cup, or iced in summer.

How to Brew

Loose leaf: 1 tsp per 8 fl oz of water at 90°C, 3 minutes.
Pyramid bag: 1 bag per 8 fl oz of water at 90°C, 3 minutes.

With honey: Our Wildflower, mild and soft, rounds out the citrus and lets the ginger finish clean; for iced, stir it in while the tea is still hot.
