Brisk Ceylon black tea with Italian bergamot and a hint of vanilla, smooth and creamy enough to taste close to dessert. Genuine makes it into a London Fog with frothed milk and a touch of honey.

Tasting notes Bergamot, vanilla, brisk black tea

A brisk, high-elevation Ceylon black tea from Dimbula, Sri Lanka carries Italian bergamot and a hint of vanilla, and the cup comes out smooth and creamy, close to dessert. Genuine's own suggestion is a London Fog, with frothed milk and a touch of honey. The pyramid bags hold the same leaves as the loose tea, with room to unfurl.

How to Brew

Loose leaf: 1 tsp per 8 fl oz of water at 90°C, 4 minutes.
Pyramid bag: 1 bag per 8 fl oz of water at 90°C, 4 minutes.
