Flavor Profile
The same unadulterated creamed wildflower honey as our jar, portioned into a single-serve packet. Creamy, white and mild, sweet and gentle, never sharp.
Tear one into hot tea or coffee, tuck one into a lunchbox or a carry-on, or keep a box in the desk drawer.
Ingredients
100% Canadian Pure Wildflower Honey
Texture & What to Expect
Each packet is thick, pale and creamy , not runny and gold. That is not a defect, it is the proof it is real: raw honey sets naturally into a white, creamy texture when it is never heated or filtered.
Because it is a single annual harvest , the colour and thickness shift a little year to year.
Lab Results & Certifications
Every harvest goes to an independent laboratory and comes back non-detected, and we publish it. A full COA ships with every product.
- Antibiotics, pesticides, glyphosate: non-detected
- BPA-free packaging · gluten-free
Why Boreal Forest
It comes from a single apiary deep in the Canadian Boreal Forest: the vast band of wild northern woodland far from farms and cities, in Northern Ontario. The bees forage the wildflowers there, and nothing else goes in.
That distance is the whole point: no conventional farmland next door, no spray drift, no city. It’s what lets the honey stay single-source and taste the same jar after jar.
Single-source and never blended. Your jar traces to the exact fields and bees. The same family has kept these hives for three generations, since the 1970s.

Packaging & Footprint
The Petite packet is a paper-based Xela Pack, not a plastic tube. It is built to waste as little as possible: you use nearly all the honey, and the empty packet flattens to almost nothing.
- Paper is FSC or SFI sourced, or 100% recycled.
- Printed with water-soluble inks and varnishes, without the harsh solvents of other inks.
- BPA-free, and the material is certified to handle organic products (National Organic Program).
- Tamper-evident, with a bend-and-tear tab and a self-closing spout that keeps the honey fresh without an extra seal.
- Recyclable with paper where facilities exist.
Packaging figures are from our packet supplier, Xela Pack, comparing a single-serve pack with a similar-sized plastic bottle.

Questions (6)
Is it pasteurized? No. Unpasteurized and never heated above the natural temperature of a beehive. The same raw honey as our jar.
Why is the honey white and creamy? That is the proof it is real. Raw honey crystallizes naturally into a creamy white set. Nothing is wrong with it.
How much honey is in each packet? Each Petite holds 14 g of raw honey, about a tablespoon.
What is the packet made of? Paper rather than plastic, to keep the packaging light and cut down on waste.
Is the honey gluten-free? Yes. Honey is naturally gluten-free.
Is honey safe for babies? No. Never give honey to a child under 12 months, raw or pasteurized. That is a standard infant-botulism precaution and it applies to all honey, from every producer.
