One jar each of Ceylon Cinnamon, Cacao and Ginseng, 300 g apiece. The set for someone who likes honey and has no idea yet which infusion is theirs.

Certified organic: EcoCert, which means 3 km of protected forage around every hive.

Never heated: unpasteurized, and never warmed past the temperature inside the hive.

One region, never blended: single-source from Northern Alberta’s wildflowers.

Lab-tested every harvest: antibiotics, pesticides and glyphosate all come back non-detected.

What is in The Box

Three  300 g  jars, one of each, in a printed box.  900 g  of honey in total.

  • Organic Ceylon Cinnamon , warm and sweet before it is spiced. The mildest of the three.
  • Organic Cacao , dark and thick, closer to a chocolate spread than to honey.
  • Organic Ginseng , earthy and faintly bitter. The strongest-tasting jar we make.

They are the same jars we sell individually, not a smaller gift-format version.

Ingredients

Each jar: 100% Canadian Pure Organic Wildflower Honey plus the named infusion. Ceylon cinnamon, organic cacao powder, and Canadian ginseng.

Who it is For

Someone who likes honey and has never had it infused. Three jars is enough to find out which one is theirs without committing to a jar of the strong one first.

It also works as the answer to a person who is hard to buy for, because the box does not require you to know their taste in advance.

If you already know they like one of the three, a single jar is the better gift and costs a third as much.

Texture & What to Expect

Three different textures in one box. The cinnamon and cacao are thick and spreadable, the ginseng is creamy and pale.

Because nothing is filtered out of the honey, you may spot fine traces of  beeswax, pollen and propolis . That is not sediment, it is the hive. The honey is never heated, so its natural enzymes stay intact.

Colour ranges from tan-brown through dark cocoa to pale gold. That is the infusion, not inconsistency.

Lab Results & Certifications

Certified organic by EcoCert, and tested every harvest at an independent laboratory: non-detected for antibiotics, pesticides, and glyphosate. Both documents are public.

  • EcoCert organic: certificate on file

Why Alberta & Certified Organic

This one comes from the wilds of Northern Alberta: not our Boreal Forest apiaries. Single-source, harvested once a year, never blended.

Canadian organic rules require every floral source within a 3 km radius of the hive to be organic too, roughly 28 km² of protected forage. In practice that rules out any beekeeper sitting near conventional farmland, a golf course or a factory, which is why certified-organic Canadian honey is genuinely hard to come by.

It goes past location, too: organic beekeepers have to source organically raised replacement bees, feed with organic honey, and use organic beeswax for the comb foundations. Independently certified by EcoCert, and audited every year.

Are these the full-size jars? Yes, 300 g each, the same jars we sell on their own. 900 g of honey in total.

Does the box cost extra? No. The set is priced at exactly what the three jars cost individually, so the box and the packing are on us.

Which one should a first-timer open first? Cinnamon. It is the closest to plain honey and the easiest to like. Ginseng is the one to save for last.
